Our community is based on mutual respect and trust, on a sense of ‘we know each other’ because we share the same objectives. Guests depend on hosts and hosts depend on guests. And Rentwlo stays in the middle providing also a common thread of responsibility and shared community.
Stays go really well when there is respect and the same feeling, the same objective. Awesome stays for our guests with high respect for the hosts and their homes.

Don’t deal outside the platform
That is not what our community stands for.
If you try to do this, our hosts will not appreciate it, and you might not be able to book a home.
Furthermore you loose the security we provide and our awesome local guides. And you won’t feel connected or part of the community.
Usernames
As a Username, we suggest that you use your first, middle or last name, or a logical combination of your name, in order to look both personal and professional.
The professional appearance of everything you do on the site is very important. Avoid using numbers. Do not refer to any external company.

Treat all information you receive or provide to any user as confidential. Each of us want to feel safe knowing that all information exchanged is seen only by the intended person and for its intended purpose, and is not misused, stored or shared in any way.
It is your responsibility not to disclose, show, copy, save, archive, send, re-send and not make public any of the information provided between the parties in confidentiality.
