Personal Video
The personal video is being asked by the landlord.
It's the equivalent of having a chat with the landlord. It’s a brief video cv.
Use the personal video to talk a little about you, your career and income, and why you want to rent the property.

Booking Request
When doing a booking request select one of your videos, or add a link to your video stored in a third party company like YouTube or Vimeo.
It's a good experience. Try it out!

The landlord has up to 48 hours to respond to your booking request.
Meanwhile the property is blocked. No other bookings can occur until there is a reply to your request.

Manage
The landlord may request other documents or information, via message.
Check your email regularly. Rentwlo sends you alerts via email for any activity on your booking.
You can Manage your bookings in Dashboard / Bookings.
After approval you will make your payment.

For Launch we have disabled the possibility for landlords (users registered as Hosts) to be able to do booking requests. This decision was made to simplify the technology.

If you want to rent a property:
Please create a Guest profile and use that profile to rent your new home. How to:
1. Log out of your account
2. Register yourself again, as Guest (using a different email)
3. Quickly do your verifications
4. Use that Profile to rent your new home
