Beautifully renovated apartment located on the first floor, in the hipster Graça neighborhood, just 10 minutes walking from the riverside and from Lisbon’s most amazing viewpoints. Also, just a few steps away there is the central square of Graça, and the famous flea market Feira da Ladra (every Tuesday and Saturday). The space

The Apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, the other one has two single beds and there is another separate bathroom with a shower to enter from the hallway.

 The big living room and kitchen get a lot of natural light, there is air conditioning throughout the whole apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a big table for nice diners, a comfortable sofa, a TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine and much more to make your stay smooth and easy.

"To get to Graça, there’s no avoiding the uphill. Graça is actually the highest point in Lisbon and no matter which direction you’re coming from, you’re going to have to head up some pretty steep slopes.

If you’re coming from the central Baixa area, the walk is only about 20 minutes or so, if you’re not too worried about the hills. You can either come the direct way up from Martim Moniz Square through Mouraria, or come the slightly longer way to the south of St George’s Castle and past Alfama.

You can also catch the Tram 28, which passes right through the centre of Graça. But, there is normally such a long queue to get on that it may not be worth it.

You’re going to get the best view of Lisbon from the highest point of the city.
The Miradouro de Nossa Senhora do Monte viewpoint gives you an incredible vista of St George’s Castle, down to Baixa, across to Bairro Alto and back up into the main part of Lisbon.
The Miradouro da Graca viewpoint isn’t as high and doesn’t give you as much of a range, but it is a pleasant location. There’s a nice place to sit for a drink and have a rest."

How to Book

1. Discover a home you like, 100% online

You will find all the information you need in each Listing (designed for quality of information and transparency). We have replaced in-person visits with great video tours that give the feeling of living in the property. You can visit any property as many times as you’d like. Compare and make a decision.

2. Make a booking request

To make a booking request, simply specify your period of stay, n. of guests, introduce yourself to the host and add the documents required by the landlord (guide in here). Now just wait. The property is blocked. The landlord have up to 48h to reply. Payment is only done after approval.

3. Approval and payment

Once approved you have up to 24h to make payment. With Rentwlo, through the platform you only pay the first month of rent plus our small fee. Once done and we confirm payment, your reservation is Booked. You are all set. You can contact the landlord via message. We make available the rental contract template. At a later time we exchange contacts between the parties.

4. Move in!

At Check-In sign your rental agreement and make payment of the deposit directly to landlord. You will receive your keys. Take the opportunity to get to know each other and enjoy a good moment.
