A really nice duplex apartment. This is the perfect apartment for a single person or a young couple.

The apartment is located in Lisbon Expo, in the famous Metrocity condo, in the ground floor facing south, with a large private balcony and facing a beautiful interior patio.

The Metrocity condo is a unique condo in Lisbon, almost like a resort. It has a large swimming pool, a swimming pool for toddlers, several gardens, a large interior patio, and private parking. It’s also quiet and tranquil.

With 1 bedroom and 1 suite, and 2 bathrooms in total, separate storage room in the ground floor and 2 spacious indoor parking spots.

All kitchen equipment from Bosch. Heating in both floors. Wood floor in top level.

The apartment has direct sunlight all day in the summer and in the mornings during winter.

In terms of location, Metrocity is 7 min away to Vasco da Gama Shopping Center by foot. It has the metro just up the road, about 200m from the apartment.
By car, major roads like Vasco da Gama bridge or A2 highway are only 5 min away.

It is currently rented on a long-term basis.

Neighbourhood

Lisbon's Expo, or by its official name - Parque das Nações - is an area that before the 1998 World Expo was home to a large oil refinery and other heavy duty industry. It was polluted and old, shabby. That was torn down to create the Expo, which was a beautiful and hugely successful show - to which I went many times. It turned out that the post show had an equally bright future.


Many charismatic buildings and the infrastructure created to the World Expo have remained and the area went on a residential and office building spree. It was poised to become Lisbon's first modern neighbouhood since the fifties, and at this scale it was unprecedented.


It has become both a desirable living neighbouhood, very upmarket, but also a large business district. Because of it pretty much every company has an office here.

Today the Expo area and Parish is 5,44 km² and is home to about 23 382 inhabitants. During the day is buzzing with activity and the number of people will probably triple.


The expo has retained most of it charisma and remarkable features from the World Show, namely large streets, a water front full of restaurants, viewpoints, walking paths, a tropical 'vulcano' walking path, a teleferic cable car, emblematic buildings and many green areas and parks, and many other things.

As a result this area of Lisbon is a favorite for families and its walks and parks are full of people on weekends.


A lot of people live here also for business reasons. Both by metro or by car it's a 12min ride to the Airport. That is so convenient.


Jogging, cycling or long walks in the parks and pedestrian only pathways make for extraordinary quality of life.


In the evenings the entire Expo becomes quieter and really enjoyable. And here in Metrocity, in particular, at the end of the day you return to a resort!

How to Book

1. Discover a home you like, 100% online

You will find all the information you need in each Listing (designed for quality of information and transparency). We have replaced in-person visits with great video tours that give the feeling of living in the property. You can visit any property as many times as you’d like. Compare and make a decision.

2. Make a booking request

To make a booking request, simply specify your period of stay, n. of guests, introduce yourself to the host and add the documents required by the landlord (guide in here). Now just wait. The property is blocked. The landlord have up to 48h to reply. Payment is only done after approval.

3. Approval and payment

Once approved you have up to 24h to make payment. With Rentwlo, through the platform you only pay the first month of rent plus our small fee. Once done and we confirm payment, your reservation is Booked. You are all set. You can contact the landlord via message. We make available the rental contract template. At a later time we exchange contacts between the parties.

4. Move in!

At Check-In sign your rental agreement and make payment of the deposit directly to landlord. You will receive your keys. Take the opportunity to get to know each other and enjoy a good moment. In the platform just let us know the exact check-in date, if changed. Done! A new phase in your life, grow, improve, learn, lead a happier life.
