Stay in the heart of Lisbon, with every attraction within easy reach. The apartment is located on the third floor of a fully renovated building (please note: there is no elevator, but there are very wide stairs).

The hip areas of Principe Real, Chiado, and Bairro Alto are just around the corner. There are many restaurants, bars, cafés, cultural attractions in the area, and within a 10-min walk, you are at the riverside.

This 2 bedroom apartment is a perfect place to stay in Lisbon!

The space

This spacious apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a renovated building in the heart of Lisbon. The apartment consists of a living room, dining area, a study area, a kitchen, bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms.

Both bedrooms have a double bed, and the house can host 4 people easily. The house has double-glazed windows which keep it well isolated and keep any street noises out. There is fast WiFi, a television with all the main channels, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Furthermore, there is a washing and dishwashing machine available to use.

Neighbourhood

Glória - Restauradores is an area that evoques both the glory of old, a certain tradition, and the spirit of renaissance.
Nested between Baixa, Bairro Alto and Av. da Liberdade, it's a great location to live or stay in because you're so close to everything and yet it's quieter and relaxed. In our book that is perfect!

Just near by you have Hard Rock Café - which waited about a decade to get the location they are currently in -, many theaters, interesting stores and the famous Rua das Portas de Santo Antão, packed with restaurants (many of them historical and emblematic) and little bistros.
Just 5 minutes walking South form the apartment you'll find yourself in D. Pedro IV square and from there Lisbon really is your Oyster!

Also a few minutes from the apartment you have the metro and Estação do Rossio, the main downtown train station. There's also bus lines that take you directly to the airport.

To explore Lisbon from this amazing location is simply a pleasure. At the end of a day, no matter where you've been, returning to the flat is also easy and pleasurable.
There is a the risk though! With so many things to do, your nights will easily turn into all-nighters!

How to Book

1. Discover a home you like, 100% online

You will find all the information you need in each Listing (designed for quality of information and transparency). We have replaced in-person visits with great video tours that give the feeling of living in the property. You can visit any property as many times as you’d like. Compare and make a decision.

2. Make a booking request

To make a booking request, simply specify your period of stay, n. of guests, introduce yourself to the host and add the documents required by the landlord (guide in here). Now just wait. The property is blocked. The landlord have up to 48h to reply. Payment is only done after approval.

3. Approval and payment

Once approved you have up to 24h to make payment. With Rentwlo, through the platform you only pay the first month of rent plus our small fee. Once done and we confirm payment, your reservation is Booked. You are all set. You can contact the landlord via message. We make available the rental contract template. At a later time we exchange contacts between the parties.

4. Move in!

At Check-In sign your rental agreement and make payment of the deposit directly to landlord. You will receive your keys. Take the opportunity to get to know each other and enjoy a good moment. In the platform just let us know the exact check-in date, if changed. Done! A new phase in your life, grow, improve, learn, lead a happier life.
