A unique apartment. This is the perfect apartment for a large family with the economic means.
The apartment is located in Lumiar, in the 6th floor, with an incredible view of the park just in front. The images of the park are taken from the unit.

Very high spec throughout. With 4 bedrooms (two of them are suites), 4 bathrooms in total, separate laundry room in the apartment, separate storage room in the ground floor and 4 huge indoor parking spots.

All kitchen equipment are top models from Bosch. Heating system in all rooms using a dual Gas system and solar panels on the roof. Wood floors in all rooms.

All bedrooms and living room have direct sunlight all morning. In the afternoon there’s direct sunlight in the kitchen and again in the living room.

All bathrooms are different and unique. They also have two light settings, normal lighting and a second switch for soothing background light. Some details: the bathroom in the large larger suite has tiles of Marble ; the common bathroom, accessible from the hallway, has an entire wall with tiles made of real bamboo wood. Etc.

The apartment is very well insulated. You almost can’t hear anything from the outside. There’s always fresh air coming from Northwest.

It’s literally 5 min away from Segunda Circular and 10 min from the center of Lisbon, by car. There’s also metro about 10 min away by foot. The perfect address to live in.

It is currently rented on a long-term basis.

Neighbourhood

I'lI be brief in here. Lumiar has the largest green area of all of Lisbon's neighbourhoods and a community and vibe all it's own. It's becoming a city within a city.


The two incredible parks of Parque da Quinta da Conchas and Parque Oeste make this an incredible area to live in. It's centrality in relation to the main axis of Avenida da República makes living here easy and convenient.


Jogging, cycling or long walks in these astonishing parks make for extraordinary quality of life - unmatched by any other area in Lisbon.


Since this area was developed from the ground up in the last 30 years, the building density is not high and there are many green areas and nice paths in between buildings.


Also, the area is rather quiet and tranquil. It's nice when you return home to have a more relaxed and quiet neighbourhood than pretty much any other neighbourhood in Lisbon.

How to Book

1. Discover a home you like, 100% online

You will find all the information you need in each Listing (designed for quality of information and transparency). We have replaced in-person visits with great video tours that give the feeling of living in the property. You can visit any property as many times as you’d like. Compare and make a decision.

2. Make a booking request

To make a booking request, simply specify your period of stay, n. of guests, introduce yourself to the host and add the documents required by the landlord (guide in here). Now just wait. The property is blocked. The landlord have up to 48h to reply. Payment is only done after approval.

3. Approval and payment

Once approved you have up to 24h to make payment. With Rentwlo, through the platform you only pay the first month of rent plus our small fee. Once done and we confirm payment, your reservation is Booked. You are all set. You can contact the landlord via message. We make available the rental contract template. At a later time we exchange contacts between the parties.

4. Move in!

At Check-In sign your rental agreement and make payment of the deposit directly to landlord. You will receive your keys. Take the opportunity to get to know each other and enjoy a good moment. In the platform just let us know the exact check-in date, if changed. Done! A new phase in your life, grow, improve, learn, lead a happier life.
