The Metrocity condo is a unique condo in Lisbon, almost like a resort. It has a large swimming pool, a swimming pool for toddlers, several gardens, a large interior patio, and private parking. It’s also quiet and tranquil.

Upstairs we have a bedroom hall, 2 bedrooms and 1 suite.
In the lower floor floor we have the kitchen in open space to the living room and a second complete bathroom.
All kitchen equipment from Bosch. Heating in both floors.

In addition the unit has a separate storage room in the ground floor and 2 spacious indoor parking spots.

The apartment has direct sunlight all day in the summer and in the mornings during winter.

In terms of location, Metrocity is 7 min away to Vasco da Gama Shopping Center by foot. It has the metro just up the road, about 200m from the apartment.
By car, major roads like Vasco da Gama bridge or A2 highway are only 5 min away.

A Expo de Lisboa, ou pelo seu nome oficial - Parque das Nações - é uma área que antes da Expo Mundial de 1998 albergava uma grande refinaria de petróleo e outra indústria pesada. Estava poluída e era velha, maltratada. Isso foi demolido para criar a Expo, que foi um espectáculo bonito e de enorme sucesso - ao qual fui muitas vezes. Acontece que a exposição teve um futuro igualmente brilhante.

Muitos edifícios carismáticos e as infra-estruturas criadas para a Exposição Mundial permaneceram e a área foi para uma onda de edifícios residenciais e de escritórios. Estava preparado para se tornar a primeira vizinhança moderna de Lisboa desde os anos cinquenta, e a esta escala era sem precedentes.

Tornou-se ao mesmo tempo uma vizinhança viva desejável, muito de gama alta, mas também um grande distrito comercial. Por causa disso, praticamente todas as empresas têm aqui um escritório.
Hoje em dia, a área da Expo e Paróquia é de 5,44 km² e alberga cerca de 23 382 habitantes. Durante o dia está agitado com a actividade e o número de pessoas irá provavelmente triplicar.

A expo manteve a maior parte do seu carisma e características notáveis do Salão Mundial, nomeadamente grandes ruas, uma frente de água cheia de restaurantes, miradouros, caminhos pedonais, um "vulcão" tropical, um teleférico teleferico, edifícios emblemáticos e muitas áreas verdes e parques, e muitas outras coisas.
Como resultado, esta zona de Lisboa é a favorita das famílias e as suas caminhadas e parques estão cheios de gente aos fins-de-semana.

Muitas pessoas vivem aqui também por razões comerciais. Tanto de metro como de carro, é uma viagem de 12min até ao Aeroporto. Isso é tão conveniente.

Jogging, ciclismo ou longas caminhadas nos parques e percursos pedestres apenas permitem uma qualidade de vida extraordinária.

À noite, toda a Expo se torna mais tranquila e realmente agradável. E aqui em Metrocity, em particular, no final do dia, regressa-se a um resort!

How to Book

1. Discover a home you like, 100% online

You will find all the information you need in each Listing (designed for quality of information and transparency). We have replaced in-person visits with great video tours that give the feeling of living in the property. You can visit any property as many times as you’d like. Compare and make a decision.

2. Make a booking request

To make a booking request, simply specify your period of stay, n. of guests, introduce yourself to the host and add the documents required by the landlord (guide in here). Now just wait. The property is blocked. The landlord have up to 48h to reply. Payment is only done after approval.

3. Approval and payment

Once approved you have up to 24h to make payment. With Rentwlo, through the platform you only pay the first month of rent plus our small fee. Once done and we confirm payment, your reservation is Booked. You are all set. You can contact the landlord via message. We make available the rental contract template. At a later time we exchange contacts between the parties.

4. Move in!

At Check-In sign your rental agreement and make payment of the deposit directly to landlord. You will receive your keys. Take the opportunity to get to know each other and enjoy a good moment. In the platform just let us know the exact check-in date, if changed. Done! A new phase in your life, grow, improve, learn, lead a happier life.
