A really nice recently renovated 3-bedroom apartment. This is the perfect apartment for a young couple or family.

The apartment is located in Queijas, in a quiet residential area made of detached dual story homes.
It’s located only a 5 min walk from the center of Queijas where you find the central market, a nice garden and football ground, the church square and the main shopping street.

The apartment has been beautifully renovated to a high spec. There are beautiful expensive white wood floors matching the white walls creating a beautifully serene, cozy and zen interior.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard equipments.

Facing North we have the larger bedroom and a medium size bedroom. Both bedrooms have a balcony.
A third bedroom is facing East.
The apartment also has a living room and a kitchen in semi-open space creating a very bright and airy living space. The living room has a balcony faving south, from where the apartment is sun bathed the entire day. The kitchen has an additional balcony ideal for daily breakfast on the sun.

Parking is free just outside the home and there’s always free spots.
No heating and no AC, although the apartment is prepared to install AC.

In terms of location, Queijas is very convenient as from there you can reach Lisbon in 15 min by car (better to go avoid peak traffic times) or Oeiras to the West in about 10 min, or the beach of Carcavelos – 15 min away.
From Queijas, the accesses North (through A9 highway), or South (through the IC15 / A2 / 25 of April bridge) are immediately available just outside of Queijas.

It is currently rented on a long-term basis.
Please let me know if there is interest in renting the apartment from August 2022.

Neighbourhood

Queijas is a laid-back village where the rhythm of time and people goes slow, so if you want a place to relax on the weekend and be able to do so with large sport facilities nearby, Queijas is ideal.

The Jamor Park, contiguous and just south, makes Queijas a great location. With it's wonderful trails, pine forest and sports facilities you are going to be able to easily keep in shape. It's reachable by foot or by car.

You can already feel the beach air and atmosphere from Queijas, and from there you won't feel lazy to go to the beach. It's certainly much easier than if you live in Lisbon.

For shopping, Oeiras park is only 10 min away by car.
Queijas is also served by large and small supermarkets and many convenience shops and cafes. You won't need to go far on a daily basis.

How to Book

1. Discover a home you like, 100% online

You will find all the information you need in each Listing (designed for quality of information and transparency). We have replaced in-person visits with great video tours that give the feeling of living in the property. You can visit any property as many times as you’d like. Compare and make a decision.

2. Make a booking request

To make a booking request, simply specify your period of stay, n. of guests, introduce yourself to the host and add the documents required by the landlord (guide in here). Now just wait. The property is blocked. The landlord have up to 48h to reply. Payment is only done after approval.

3. Approval and payment

Once approved you have up to 24h to make payment. With Rentwlo, through the platform you only pay the first month of rent plus our small fee. Once done and we confirm payment, your reservation is Booked. You are all set. You can contact the landlord via message. We make available the rental contract template. At a later time we exchange contacts between the parties.

4. Move in!

At Check-In sign your rental agreement and make payment of the deposit directly to landlord. You will receive your keys. Take the opportunity to get to know each other and enjoy a good moment. In the platform just let us know the exact check-in date, if changed. Done! A new phase in your life, grow, improve, learn, lead a happier life.
