You will be staying in an authentic area of the city from where you can walk to the riverside with its nice cafés and the Belém Tower, enjoy the warm and famous Pastéis de Belem, take the typical Lisbon tram towards the city center, and yet still enjoy the comfort of everything that Belém brings. Various historical landmarks are just a few steps away from your apartment: Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, the Botanical Garden of Belém, Palácio Nacional da Ajuda, and much more.

The space

The apartment is brand new and fully renovated. It has 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine and dishwashing machine, fast WiFi, a television, and a big dining table to enjoy your meals or open your laptop if you need to get some work done. There is also a tiny patio in the back of the house, to enjoy your morning coffee outside if you wish!

Neighbourhood

Belém is a very popular neighborhood amongst tourists and locals alike. There is a very authentic feel to the area, with many local shops, restaurants, and cafés. But also new and more modern establishments are opening their doors in this popular area. It will be very easy to find everything you need around the apartment, and you are within walking distance from many historical landmarks, and the riverside. Getting to the city center of Lisbon is also very easy. There is enough public transport, such as buses and trams, to bring you there in a heartbeat. Also, the train to the beaches near Lisbon leaves from the Belém train station, and the ferry to the other side of the river that gives access to the beaches of Costa da Caparica leaves from Belém. This location is the ideal spot to explore Lisbon from!

How to Book

1. Discover a home you like, 100% online

You will find all the information you need in each Listing (designed for quality of information and transparency). We have replaced in-person visits with great video tours that give the feeling of living in the property. You can visit any property as many times as you’d like. Compare and make a decision.

2. Make a booking request

To make a booking request, simply specify your period of stay, n. of guests, introduce yourself to the host and add the documents required by the landlord (guide in here). Now just wait. The property is blocked. The landlord have up to 48h to reply. Payment is only done after approval.

3. Approval and payment

Once approved you have up to 24h to make payment. With Rentwlo, through the platform you only pay the first month of rent plus our small fee. Once done and we confirm payment, your reservation is Booked. You are all set. You can contact the landlord via message. We make available the rental contract template. At a later time we exchange contacts between the parties.

4. Move in!

At Check-In sign your rental agreement and make payment of the deposit directly to landlord. You will receive your keys. Take the opportunity to get to know each other and enjoy a good moment. In the platform just let us know the exact check-in date, if changed. Done! A new phase in your life, grow, improve, learn, lead a happier life.
