For example, Rentwlo asks our landlords to do photos and video tours of their properties. Simply use your phone! It’s quite cheap and fast when done by you, but if done centrally by a company like Rentwlo it would be very expensive.
In order to save you costs, our customers collaborate as well.
Customers only pay after a booking request has been accepted.
We charge a percentage to the guest and a percentage to the host. We believe this to be fair because both benefit from our services and technology.
Everything else is free. To publish a listing is free. To search and view our listings is free. To get inspired is free.
Properties can be: furnished and unfurnished – apartments, houses, duplexes, lofts, studios, rooms – entire property or part of it.

We support several strategies, short term (1-3 months), to mid term (3-6 months) and above 6 months (up to three years). We make it possible through differentiated pricing for each of these strategies. Our features allow you to switch between these strategies according to how your calendar looks, for you to maximise occupancy.
Example: if you rent long-term, with Rentwlo it compensates for you to accept a client staying 6 month and then rent again. Or accept a long term booking starting in 2 months, and in these two months rent short term. Read more in Become a Host and Pricing for Landlords.

This is how you can use our marketplace to rent online with tranquility and an advantage, lower your costs significantly, have more time for higher value activities and benefit from our prices.
All you need is your phone. Super easy. When you’re happy with it, upload it to Rentwlo to your personal area. Select it for your listing. One or two videos is ideal per property. Use the languages adequate for your target audience.

We also do about 80% of property visits using electric scooters or public transportation.
We are also a no-paper company. We aim to maintain our content 100% digital and no print.

Every time a landlord changes or adds a video tour it will be reviewed and approved by Rentwlo. Only approved video tours are published.
We verify landlord and property documentation, when needed.
We talk to Landlords about our concept, pricing and policies.
We discuss about how payments are done, in order to make sure that nothing extra is charged.
We sign an agreement with the landlord.

Documents for an easy booking.
For each listing, landlords define which documents they require from tenants. In listing page, see section House Rules / Landlord Policies / Required Documents.
With Rentwlo you submit these documents when doing a booking request. They may be:
– ID or Passport
– Proof of income
– Personal video

For landlords who want to get to know their prospective tenants better, you can request a personal video! Since there are no in-person visits, the Personal Video is the equivalent of having a meeting with the landlord. It’s a brief video cv.
In case requested by the landlord:
With your phone in a horizontal position record a 5 min video of yourself. Talk a bit about you, your career, current job, income and why you would like to rent the property. Then upload it to Rentwlo to your personal area. When doing a booking request simply select it. Give it a try!

Clarify what you need. Use our internal messaging system to get in touch with the other party.
Our features allow landlords to be precise on what they want and help tenants make good decisions.
The video functionalities allow us to review/approve every video and allow our customers to use this medium in an easy way. Upload your videos easily into your Dashboard.
Credits : if your reservation is cancelled after payment, you get a Credit you can use immediately in your next booking request.
